Again, for this tool there really is no particular method or script of behavior to take. But rather it’s a matter of contemplation and learning to let go of the idea that there must be one absolute answer. Instead, create an internal dialogue to remind yourself that sometimes you will feel you in alignment with a universal whole and at other times you won’t. There is nothing wrong with feeling both ways, and that both ways are the right way for you in that moment.
