Sometimes what we think we’re afraid of doesn’t deserve our fear. We may think we’re running away from a tiger, but perhaps it’s a baby kitten, or maybe even nothing at all. The only way to know for sure what’s chasing you, then, is to turn around and face it. Often, when we do that, regardless of what we are facing, we’re then in a better position to handle it.
