Agenda documents work with companies, your significant others, friends, family members or even service providers. Basically, they are a way of maintaining a place for whatever you want to discuss with those people. Often, ideas you want to discuss with someone pop up in the middle of other conversations or activities where it might be inappropriate or inefficient to text them. Creating agenda documents provides a space for you to note down those thoughts for later discussion. They are also useful for deeper conversations that just require synchronicity and/or verbal communication. Essentially, they’re a way to get over the “synchronicity barrier,” where everyone’s always busy all the time.
